Im sick of people dissing the boss effects pedals. People say they are too light for playing metal with. Kurt Cobain used the DS-1 all the time, and he wuz able to play metal very well. I bought one of these classics a few months back, to replace a custom built distortion pedal I had (ill be uploading the stats of that so you can build your own soon enough), and i found it was one of the best pedals i ever used. I tried out the ds2 and the metal zone pedals, and i think theyre pretty good too. Soon enough, ill be getting a flanger pedal.
